What's up guys, today we'll show you a few exercises you can use to increase your shop power with the wall.

Top of Foot : shot power comes from striking the ball with the top of your foot, turn your ankle to
make sure your laces are facing the bal each time your foot makes contact, use the top of your foot to gently tap the ball against a wall, repeat the exercise, focus on hitting the ball with proper technique rather than power, practice shot power technique with both your right foot, and your left foot.

Power Shots : begin at least 10 yards from the wall, touch the ball to the side, then use the
top of your foot to strike the ball with power, control the ball as it returns, then repeat the exercise,
practice shooting the ball as straight as possible with little or no spin,practice shooting with both your left and your right foot, and your left foot.

Target Shooting : practice your shooting accuracy by setting up targets, begin at least 10 yards from the wall, choose a target then use the powershot technique to strike it as closely as you can,

Control the ball after each shot using your hands if necessary, then put the ball on the ground, choose the next target, and repeat the exercice.
