Football was very difficult to find anywhere  And, predominantly, were the children of immigrants who practiced  I was lucky to have my father who transmitted the passion for what he loved playing in the garden  You know? There are rules when you're on the football field are the same as when you leave  It is to respect each other  This is how we can live together with our differences personally, i think we should use more football to educate young people.

Football from the highest levels of the professional leagues,  the humble parties in every corner of the world,  It is truly most loved sport in the world.  Manchester City and Etihad Arways proudly stand behind amateur football and we will travel to four different destinations Etihad,  including New York, home of NYCFC and its solidarity program: City in the Community.

This is our ode to the unsung heroes who make football a truly beautiful game  Grassroots unknown stories  There was one player who stood out particularly in the group  And his name is Shaeline Diaz any girls were playing football at the time, but she was one in a million  He taught that a

girl can do what a guy  It was as if she was one of us  You could talk to her, and you hear  He kept the game alive  If she had not been there, I do not think I'd had the skills I have now i had never seen a girl like her  I really did not know what had happened  Suddenly he stopped coming to training, he stopped coming to parties ...

We were worried about her  We wanted to know what had happened  We tried to contact Shaeline and see why we had left but we never found an answer  It would have gone and would not be back ... he left a big hole  Shaeline was always playing sports with the boys  I Shaeline Diaz, I have 15 years and live in the East Harlem  My father left when I was 8 years old  To survive my sister had to leave school and my mother had to work harder my mother is basically a single mother raising four children  It is our backbone  I think I can remember the first time I became interested in football, when I was in elementary school  I remember saying: "Why do you play football?"  But she said, "I'm going to do is I want to do"  And he did when football became interested, he was nine and was in fourth  And I said, why not?  Why not try something new?  During this stage, the friends I made were Forfilio, Sahir, Eddie ...

We were the Four Musketeers  It was amazing, we unite through football barry knew we were very close  And, when we go to different schools, we will separate in the future  So I decided to make us play in a league  We remember the first game, we were sure we would win  But when the game started we did not know how to communicate or pass the ball  Just we do not know what to do and chut?bamos, did anything  I remember we lost much  Yes, it was 12-0, 9-0 ...  Shaeline captain decided it was because she stood out from the rest of the group  It never came down and when he saw that his companions yeah ... I just wanted to get that first goal  After working so hard we will not lose, we win, win and win we encouraged us whenever we lost on the court  "Come on guys, we can do"  Some kids were shy, or cared more about his own game  While Shaeline cared more about the group and tried to pull the rest forward  It stood out as someone who ...

"I'll take control of the situation, follow me" he struggled more than anyone and helped us win many games  We went from losing almost every game, and forcefully,  A start competing and winning our first matches  And confidence grew  And suddenly, a weekend, did not come Shaeline  He was changing a lot during that time i went from being a small start growing child, things became more serious  It was stressful  You want to be a child forever, do not want to have responsibilities but you have them  And that played a role  We were all sad, because he was not there  He was upset because I lost a good friend and lost a leader it was a difficult decision not to go into something that helped me for so long  We miss his character, his jokes ... sense of humor contributed to the group  During the period when I stopped playing football I lost focus  Basically derailed  I became a rebellious  Did not respect teachers did not want to go to class ...

There were times when we saw on the street and we did not know  I felt that everyone had a bond and I was out of it  I was always like that perfect girl who got good grades, doing sports ...  I was good at home and out of school ...  And I always wanted to do things, there was always something that motivated me to be good  And when I left football was like ...

no sense two years ago I received a message from an amazing girl named Lilly  He said that I had lost for two years and wanted to return  When I met her two years ago, I think Shaeline happened so spend many girls her age  It grew older  He was going from school to school  It was a bit shy and reserved and we started to go out and play, and as progressed could see he was superinvolucrada  I watched growing up, how growing confidence  It was very insightful for someone who went to high school  Very smart  It is a leader in the project  'Saturday Night Lights' is basically a safe place for girls to play on Fridays and Saturdays is a community of people who want to help you play football with school and grow  As a mentor,

Lilly has given me a lot of advice  But the most important thing is that it's okay not well  Start with 'Saturday Night Lights' after two years out is great  It was like a pressure in my body and what I've been looking for and what missed him so much  I realized it was a ball and fitness shaeline has grown into a role model for girls  Not only here in the 'Saturday Night Lights' but out in the community  I remember growing up, my friends not playing sports were always in trouble  Because they had more free time  So these projects, and sport gives much more  Until a child is unable to do so does not realize i think it's great to see these kids join a project that has a huge impact on their lives  In 2010 we opened a court on the roof of a building in Lexington  And part of that project was fantastic  Just being there and seeing the smiles on the faces of children ...  The fact that they have a field where they can spend time playing and having fun, getting to know more ...

I think this is how it will be better people when they grow up in February I received an invitation from coach Barry to return to PS 72  I feel if you had asked me six months or even a year ago, there would not be answered  I would not have said anything, but now I am more mature and go through certain things allows me back  Seeing Shaeline with the boys was very exciting today  See how returns and joins the group in which it all began ...  Seeing her again, finally, it was great honestly, I had a feeling I was going to mourn to have her back as captain Play with them the other day made me realize how I've missed you  We will be connected forever  You can not forget what you created  We were the first children to play soccer at PS 72  Now we hope to return to old ways

In the future, football will allow me to educate other children  It always gave me then give someone else  For me, football means ...  Family  In New York City FC Community programs are very important  They are at the heart of what we do at the club we have several projects in the five districts  And we tried several thematic  Create 50 courts ...  We try to give something special for those connected to the club  We are thrilled that Etihad, one of our partners, assess community work as much as we  We continue to do so in the future to grow the community projects we

Today i will be showing you how to curve the ball with the inside part of your foot Okey so we got to curve the ball with the inside of your foot Technique 1 : Fist we got to hit the ball side ways so it will spin and it will make the ball curve to the inside If you want the ball to have curve and a down effect at the same time you got to try to hit the ball with curve and slightly up.

Showing it with my foot, if you want curve we got to hit it like this... and if you want to add down effect you just got to hit it slightly up this way we get a bit of side curve and a bit of curve from top to bottom so the ball will come down faster as well basically your foot has to be next to the ball If you hit it with your instep is usually pretty close to the ball but when you add spin to it is usually a bit further back So when i usually curve the ball...

I usually place my foot like this, as you see is a bit further back If you put it too far back you will strike the ball in a forced way and you are going to kick the ball up in the sky opposite to that, if you put your foot in front of the ball you wont be able to hit the ball correctly and you are going to hit half ball half ground and can injure yourself finally, keep in mind that your body has to be relaxed For example if i am about to do a free kick i am going to strike like this and your body does not have to be rigid in any way Because maybe you put your arms in a rigid way and your body that will only deform your body position and your kick that happens to most of the people so remember.

Always have your body relaxed when kicking I hope you enjoyed the tutorial try to apply it because this technique is basic for scoring great goals If you enjoyed hit the Like button, comment any doubts, subscribe... and see you next time !

If you want to perform on the gridiron, you'll need to practice. So you might want a little help.  Train smarter with the PassBack, a football training aid that improves throwing and catching skills.
The PassBack is a composite material practice ball specifically designed to rebound when thrown against a wall. The PassBack helps quarterbacks improve throwing strength and coordination. And receivers can develop by practicing a large number of catches in a short amount of time.
Or team up, and practice coming out of a route with quick reaction drills. Or just have fun with it. While it's an excellent practice tool, the PassBack training football only develops throwing and catching skills.

So to improve those spontaneous victory dances, you'll need to order TD Celebration Bootcamp. All right. Now, turn it around and shake that end zone. The PassBack is available in junior and official sizes. Improve your game with the PassBack training football.

Hi, there. My name is Huseyin "The Brain" Aksu. As most of you watching already
know, I host a weekly fantasy football video. In addition to that, I've been a fantasy football editor for Fantasy Couch for the past seven years. I'm also an approved expert on FantasyPros. That was just to give you a little background information about myself and who I am. This article is for beginners. If you've never played fantasy football, don't know what it is, have very little or no experience, this video is for you; you're going to love it.

I'm going to teach you how to play, from step one all the way to the championship. If you have no idea what fantasy football is, don't worry. And If you get stuck on something I'm talking about, you don't quite get it, make sure you watch the entire video because I'll likely explain it down the road. In this video, I'm going to tell you exactly what fantasy football is, then I'm gonna tell you how you can get started. So right after this video, you can go and get started playing fantasy football. Then we're gonna talk about the draft, managing your team after the draft, and what the end result is; what you're ultimately doing in fantasy football, what the goal is.

Let's start off with the definition: So, what is fantasy football? Fantasy football is where you go out and select players, select NFL players, to create a team. Now, the better the NFL player performs in real life on the field, the better your team performs. The better your players perform statistically in a game, the more fantasy points you get. The goal is to score more fantasy points than your opponent. It's as simple as that. Let's talk about how to get started. First, you want to join a league. Leagues are just about any size nowadays, but the typical league ranges from 8 players to 16 players. Now, We don't call them players, just because it gets confusing with the term NFL players, so they're called owners. So we refer to this to an 8-man league, a 10-man league, a 12-man league or a 16-man league.

You can play with friends and family, or you can play with coworkers, or you can play online in a public league. Now you can be a in a free league where you play for fun, or you can be in a money league where there is a buy-in or a league fee. It could be $10, $100 or much more, depending on how hardcore you are. Now, in a money league, there's a commissioner. You can think of the commissioner sort of like the commissioner in the NFL or the president of a club. He or she would mediate if there's any disputes, sets the draft date; pretty much in charge of making sure everyone has fun and the league runs smoothly. These leagues are held on a website. Some of the most popular that you could join, you would need an account to join, it's typically free to sign up. Some are ESPN, Yahoo, NFL.com, just to name a few. There's about a dozen more popular ones; CBS Sports, MFL, just as other examples.

One piece of advice, is to know when the draft is, what type of draft is it and all the league settings. Make sure you know your draft time and your draft date. You don't wanna miss that. Now let's talk about the draft. The most important part of fantasy football is the draft. Now, it could be a snake draft or an auction draft. We won't get too much into an auction draft, but that's basically where an owner nominates a player and you bid. So you can get any player you want, as long as it's within your budget; every owner starts off with $200. Now, don't worry that sounds confusing because more than likely you won't be an auction league, those are much more rare. The popular one that you're likely going to be in, is called a snake draft. This type of draft is very similar to a real NFL Draft, except that the next round goes in the inverse draft order as the round before.

Now what the heck does that mean? That means that if you drafted last in a 10-man league, so there's 10 owners, you have the 10th pick, you draft last in the first round, OK? So you draft last in the 1st round, and then the following round you draft first. So you would have the 10th pick as well as the 11th. And of course the guy who is drafting first in the first round, would draft last in the following round. Some basic advice in drafts to follow: Now you want to make sure you don't draft anybody with severe injuries. You don't want to be the guy who drafts someone who is not alive or someone who is not playing the whole season or someone who's suspended the whole season. So keep that in mind when drafting, those things matter of course. If they don't play, they don't get you any points. You also want to keep in mind Bye Weeks. Now, if you draft two quarterbacks, typically one to start and one on your bench, you usually don't want them to have the same Bye Weeks. That usually won't work out for you. If you have two quarterbacks with the same Bye Week on your team, that is it bad thing.

Also, you wanna draft for value. That means, that you don't wanna just pick in the first round a player that you really like. If you can wait a couple more rounds, that's where you should draft them. Now drafting for value is not a hard thing to do, but it does take some preparation and research. The best thing you can do, is look for ADP, so look for Average Draft Position, that tells you exactly where people are being drafted. So if a quarterback is being drafted in the fifth round in most leagues, and you like that quarterback, you're in the 7th round and he's still there, that's a great place to draft him. You just got 5th round value for a 7th round pick. That's a thumbs up for you right there. Another place to look is rankings. Now rankings aren't as important as the next one I'm going to mention. Rankings are basically players ranked from 1 through 200, or 1 through 300 and that tells you about how good a player is going to do based on his projections for that season. Now the most important thing you want to do are mock drafts. These are practice drafts that you do before your real draft to get a feel of how the real draft is going to go. Now, I'm not going to get too much into this, because they are time consuming and it’s time consuming to explain.

You can click on the link below here in the description and read the article. I'm going to go into more detail about how to save time doing mock drafts, and how to make mock drafts more efficient. Please click on that article and you'll learn a lot more about mock drafts. You'll be more ready for your draft when it comes. After the draft, you have a full roster, you have a team... Let's talk about managing your team throughout the season. You want to know who to start and who to sit each week.

Your backups will sit on the bench and you wanna start your best players. Some tips on who to start for your best players; obviously you wanna start the most talented players, the players who will produce the most points, but matchups are a really important thing to look at. If they're facing a tough run defense, you may want to bench that running back that you have. If they're facing a defense that allows a ton of pass yards, you may wanna start that quarterback or that wide receiver that's playing against them. Now, if you're looking for more start 'em, sit 'em advice, we have weekly articles on our website. If you need to ask me personally, who do I start, should I start this guy, should I start that guy, should i sit this guy, the fastest way to reach me is on Twitter @fantasycouch. I get back to the questions as soon as I can. Also make sure you keep up-to-date on certain situations like injuries.

If a player is a 50-50 chance he's going to start, make sure you know whether he's actually starting or if he's gonna sit that game. You never want to start an injured player or a suspended player. You never want to be that guy in your league. Now there are some ways to try and improve your roster during the season and that's through trades and waivers. Now trades are hard to pull off. You're gonna try and trade a player for another player, you can try to trade three players for two players, but the tricky part is both sides have to agree. The trade has to be beneficial for both owners. A good peace advice is to watch out for tricky trades. If you're just starting out in fantasy football, a lot of people try and take advantage of you by sending terrible trades, so don't fall for those. Now the most common and easiest way you're going to improve your team after the draft is through waivers. Waivers are NFL players that are not owned on anyone's roster. So if they're not on anyone's team, you can claim them off waivers. There's different types of waivers, because if two owners try to claim the same person, the same NFL player, then it has to go by a certain order or what we call waiver priority. Now I say priority, because if an owner is trying to own one player, trying to claim one player off waivers, while another owner is trying to claim the same player, one of those guys,

one of those owners has to have priority. Now, there's inverse order. Inverse order is basically, let's say I have the first priority for Week 1. I claim somebody and I get them of course because I have first priority. The next week, I have last priority, so I'm not going to be able to claim the one guy I want if someone else claims them. The second one is inverse rankings. Basically the team that's doing the worse, gets the best waiver priority. So,

The team that's last place, will get first shot at waivers. Another way, which is more experienced, more hardcore, you'll likely not gonna be doing it the first time, but it is popular. You definitely could be doing it, is the waiver auction. You bid on waivers. So you have let's say $1,000 in waiver money, the more you bid on a player is the higher the chance you're gonna be able to get him. And let's talk about the final goal, the whole thing, why you're playing this:

Is to win the Fantasy Football Super Bowl. So first you have to make the playoffs, and like I said before when I talked about drafting and managing your team, is to know the league settings. So let's say you're in a 10-man league, so there's 10 owners. Typically in a league like that, four teams make the playoffs. So you gotta make the playoffs, then you gotta win the Fantasy Super Bowl, and then you're a fantasy football champion! If you're in a league with your buddies, family or coworkers, the champion can get a trophy or a belt or a ring like these ones here. And we sell those on fantasycouch.com/store, so you may wanna check that out. Also some leagues, if you've watched the show "The League", that may be the reason why you're watching this video and you wanna play fantasy football, in "The League" they have the Shiva for the winner; That's like our belt or trophy or ring.

And for the the loser, the person that comes in absolutely last, they have the Sacko. So, sometimes it's tradition that the person who comes in absolute last gets the Sacko. In this one league, the loser actually has to get a tattoo, and the winner selects what the tattoo is. So, this is a lot of fun... you don't want a terrible tattoo on you for the rest of your life. You definitely don't wanna lose in that league.

There are very few Chinese players who have played in a World Cup and the Premier League  Looking back It was a nice stage in my life  I think my success encouraged many young Chinese football fans  Demonstrating that the Chinese can play football at the highest level  Football,  from the highest levels of the professional leagues,

The humble parties in every corner of the world,  It is truly most loved sport in the world.  Manchester City and Etihad Airways proudly stand behind amateur football  and we will travel to four different destinations Etihad,  including Beijing, home to one of the bases of followers of the fastest growing City.  This is our route to the impressive football heroes who make something really nice, untold Stories of amateur football  The 2002 World Cup was the first time that I saw football  and although the selection of China  He did not score many goals, and won games,  He played with pride.  Since then I have been a follower of the national team of China,

Falling in love madly in football.  Head Teen Amateur League  Huang Haotian and I'm 22 years old  and work for Teen Amateur League.  Teenager Amateur League Jilin and Ding founded.  It is a company focused on games for youth and training, practically we had no experience when we started,  It was the first time we did something  We had to learn everything from scratch.  Everything was very hard at first,  We did not want to be typical football fans and just play,  we wanted to bring together players.

Create a sense of community through football,  an experience that could be found in school.  My mother wanted me to study.  I wanted to ensure the future.  My family was worried about my income,  They feared that football did not make me money, but if he did not now regret having missed the opportunity.  No matter whether we were successful or not, we had to try.  I have my own team participating in the league.  It's called Troy.  There is a big game next weekend:  Troy against Paramecium Huang Ding, lthough we work together,  and we are good friends outside of work,  in the world of sport  all that matters is winning.  Nothing else.  In China, many people of our generation are only children.

They have no brothers or sisters.  So my teammates are like my brothers.  They are very important.  I'm always on the side of my fellow Troy  and I feel that we work together as his left one man.  We are a very cohesive group, we are indestructible.  I'm driving my way home now.  My father is waiting for me at home.  My father is a soldier.  I love him very much.  If children dream of becoming musicians, artists or players,

many parents in China would not agree,  but he is not like many of them.  I spend a lot of time away from home,  but no matter how long it has been since the last time we saw each other. I get excited him. It's like meeting an old friend.  Prepare a delicious dinner, delicious Very tasty.  Can you come to the game on Sunday?  I should be able to.  It is a very important match for me.  I know. we played against Paramecium.  You have to come on Sunday. For real.  Of course!  My son founded Troy when I was in high school.  His mother was strongly opposed,  But I thought we had to give all the support.

We did not have to be like many of the other parents in China.  It is not our private property.  It has its own world and goals.  I have no regrets.  I always talk to my friends of my son's team,  and whenever I do, it is like…  my face was full of pride and happiness.  My father was athletic trainer.  At first I did not want to play football,  at the beginning he doubted.  I thought that children should focus on studies, but then he discovered that both can be reconciled.  My whole family supported me when I made the choice to dedicate myself to football,  to train professionally.  When Troy plays,  I get nervous 30 or 40 minutes before the start.  I take it very seriously because I want to win every game.  TROY! Fight!  The party has been tough.  But we won.  I am very happy for the team, for my father and myself.  I'm lucky.
because not everyone in my generation  You can do what you really want to do.  I really hope that what I'm doing  You can make great players like Sun Jihai appear,  to win honor for our country.  I am very proud of my son and the team, very proud of his accomplishments.  I see that my son is a talented footballer.  And I will do whatever it takes to support you.  Amateur football is very necessary,  to promote football in China.  You can help a superstar in the future appears.

I think the national team of China will be the world's best one day,  and I hope that my partner and I can be part of it.  Untold Stories of amateur football  Follow the next City 2 City.  New York to visit New untold stories of amateur.

Swoop: Ah, shootin' the ball, right? A: Yeah. How to get bucket! Swoop: Right, you know bro, you know what, I have a different couple ways to shoot the ball, man. A: Uh-huh. Swoop: My first way, of course, is the granny shot here, that's the best way to become a good shooter. e the two-hand, one-foot fling. I'm all for... A: Real good (?) move right there. Swoop: You like that one right there? I'm workin' on my moves (?) about practice, man. A: But listen, we're gonna show people the proper way how to shoot the ball. Swoop: That's not the right way. A: That's not the right way.

Swoop: The two-foot fling is not gonna do it. A: No. Swoop: No, OK. A: You see your leg right there? Swoop: Oh, but I was, yeah, that's how you gotta balance. A: Alright, you look like you're a dancer.

Swoop: Oh, that's dancin' stuff, man. A: Yeah, you look like a ballerina. Swoop: You think so? A: So we're gonna let DP the correct way to shoot the basketball with good form... Swoop: OK. A: ...good balance...

Swoop: Alright. A: ...and good follow through. Beef! Swoop: Beef! Both: Balance, eyes, elbow, follow through. A: There you go. Swoop: I do that, see?

A: Now, we're over here with the expert, DP. He's gonna show us the basic fundamentals on how to become a better shooter. First you wanna get the ball, you wanna get good hand placement. You wanna form a 'T' with your hands right here, with your two thumbs and this is your guide hand, and this is your shooting hand. So, you wanna have your hands here. You got good leg placement. Good knee bend right here. His right foot is slightly in front of his left for balance.

Swoop: OK. A: Eyes should be on the front of the rim, get that ball right over the front of the rim. Keep your elbow in, your right elbow here, in this case, 'cause he's right-handed. And you want to get good follow through on the shot. So he's gonna show us a couple repetitions on great technique. Repetition and muscle memory. Here we go. There's DP. Follow through. Bam. Follow through every time.

Swoop: Not bad, not bad. A: There you go. There he is. Notice the follow through, notice the balance. Every time. Shot's the same every time. And then he just gets shots up there. Every shot, you want it to look the same. You want every shot to look the same. Follow through. Good muscle memory. Follow through. Good muscle memory. Move it back. Swoop: Oh, move back a little bit.

A: When he moves back the shot still looks the same. It's a natural flow, natural shot. Every one goes in when you use the proper technique. Little toilet bowl action. Face. There you go. Nice. Follow through, all net. Swoop: All net. A: This is an expert, Swoop!

what's up guys Jesse Muench here with get handles freestyle I got a new freestyle basketball move today it's called three rings (basketball tricks) so basically like the name implies is going to be three rings or circles are going to be doing in this move so what we're going to do is we're going to start it off with an arm ro ok.
So it's going to look like this but when we go into the final version of the combo we're not going to catch it with his hand but we do want the ball to end up in this position so it comes back all the way to decide from there instead of catching with this hand we're going to catch with the opposite hand with my hand kind of in front of the ball like this and what's going to happen .is we're

Going to go into a spin move so that's going to be the third circle and from there we're going to go into a stiff leg which basically means i'm going to be stepping with with my right foot and an angle to the left and then i'm going to cross over and step back so we're combining a little arm role in here an air move and a dribble move those are three of the building blocks of freecell you haven't grab your free flow free style guide click .this link right here

AS CLAYTON CASTLE SHOWS US, BRAINERD WILL LOOK TO PROVE PEOPLE WRONG, BEHIND ITS LEGENDARY HEAD COACH.

WARRIOR BASEBALL IS BACK IN BRAINERD AS THE TEAM GEARS UP FOR THE 2017 GRIND. THE TEAM WON ITS OPENING GAME AGAINST ALEXANDRIA, AND 700th WIN IN A WARRIORS UNIFORM AND 738th OVER ALL, PLACING HIM SECOND IN ALL TIME WINS.

LETTERS OF INTENT TODAY, AND PITCHED THROUGH 6 INNINGS OF BASEBALL. NO ONE KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE YOUNG TEAM. >> AND ON THE RADAR TEAM BEATING A HIGH QUALITY TEAM. IT WAS A GOOD WIN. >> HE ALSO SAYS THAT HE HAS HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR HIMSELF AS THE TEAM CAPTAIN. >> HOPEFULLY I GOT OFF TO A BETTER START LAST YEAR, AND STAY HOT MOST SEASONS, AND HELP OUR TEAMMATES. >> WHILE OTHERS IN THE CONFERENCE MAY LOOK DOWN ON THIS TEAM, HE BELIEVES THIS TEAM.

I ALWAYS HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR OUR TEAM. HOPEFULLY WE WILL COME CLOSER TO MY EXPECTATIONS THAN EVERYBODY ELSE'S.

Just rubbing up the game balls so they're not as slick as right when they come out of the package and stuff like that. It just makes it a little bit easier to see for hitters and a little bit easier to grip for pitchers and position players throwing around the infield, stuff like that. For today we probably go through five or six boxes just to get through the scrimmage. We always like to have a little bit more just in case we lose some during the game. Normally they start setting up the equipment and then they meet me out on the field when it's time to put mats out, you know? See, it's not that bad.

There you go, perfect. I'm just out here setting up the bullpen. Our starting pitcher will be over here shortly. After all his calisthenics and such, and we just make it so that he doesn't have to worry about any of this kind of stuff. A plus.

On the 20 to 80 scale, I'm an 80 bp thrower. Four rounds of six, but once these guys start finishing up, I'll holler for the next group to come in. Bring a little energy today. There you go. Come on Nick, stay on it tate Blackman, that man can hit. Got terrible hair, but he can hit. Will Golson, nobody's talking about him, 600 college at-bats under his belt, sits close to .300 every year. Good hustle, I like it. Ball, atta boy.

Hey, next four! Capital of North Carolina. Bismarck? Raleigh. That's North Dakota. Spinelli, you just going to let him dominate that i got a bad start. You've lost like 20 pounds, now you're making excuses. Capital of South Dakota? Pierre. Wow. Stay in there, stay balanced, boy Timmy. Capital of California? Sacramento, yeah. Same thing here, put them together. Home runs are going to right field today. Alabama?

Montgomery. You rocked fourth grade. Tim Rowe, best moustache in the league by far. Sikes Orvis has got nothing on him. Sorry Sikes, I know you're going to watch this. It's just the truth iowa, des Moines. Dillard, big time power. Boy Greg, swing the bat today at it baby. Moving a little bit slow today. I'm moving slow?

Yeah. Are you kidding me? I had a great day today. Take the weight out of your shoes. I knocked out all my stuff today. School is done for the weekend.

Well yeah, it's Friday. And that's typically how it happens. Get them up, balls.

All right, here we are, our next ball. It is a Tachikara handball, Official Team Handball. So, ST-307 something. This ball is sweet, made in Pakistan, I didn't know that. I've never heard of handball but somebody, one of our YouTube commenters said, cut open a handball. We googled it, if you haven't looked at it on YouTube, watch some videos of handball. It's an interesting sport, it's like a mix of indoor soccer and basketball in a way.

I don't know how the goalies take these to the face because they're pretty heavy. This thing's thick and it's pretty heavy. We're gonna cut this open and see what's inside. I'm really curious. All right, Official Team Handball, here we go, let's cut this thing open. I'm gonna cut starting on this groove and go for it. Oh, that's heavy, that's thick. All right, this might be trickier than I thought. Oh, my gosh, what the heck? The heck is in this thing?

- That was a big one. - [Voiceover] Okay, this is a funny one. It has a weird inner liner that I've never cut into yet. Let's find out what's inside of a handball. Come on. (laughing) what the heck is that? It's like a fruit, bloop, bloop, bloop. (laughing) Here's the liner, here's that. And it's got this weird looking, I guess it's just not pumped up, maybe, yeah, this would probably just be full. That's funny, well, let's cut this thing open. We should cut the fruit open. (laughing) - Is something inside of the fruit? - [Voiceover] I think, I don't know.

Maybe just some nuts so you can like bury it in the ground and it grows more handballs. - That would be nice. Does it feel like rubber? - [Voiceover] Yeah, it's kinda, well, I'm not gonna touch it with my hand, you touch it.

- Yeah, it's rubber. - [Voiceover] It looks like this one is number 214, so I know, yeah, 214. - (laughing) 214. - [Voiceover] All right, we pretty much have it. All right, so there you go, there's the inside

of a handball. There's some markings in there for like quality or something, but look how thick this side is. Just the outside layer of it. Looks like it has some rubber in between the two different leather containers that might help you out a little bit when you don't, so when you get hit in the face with it like the goalie does and you can look inside to see just how the rubber is. I really don't know how big they fill these things up, how much air they put in them but ours was not completely full when we got it.

So there you go, there's a handball, there's what's inside of a handball. We figured out the mystery. If you have any other suggestions of things that you'd like to see us cut open, just let us know. We've got a few others we're going to cut open in the next week or so and we'll get them posted. So, subscribe and then you'll be alerted once we actually post it. Thanks a lot.
